Attendance Bonus:

• Employees that have perfect attendance for the week (employees must work all days/hours they are scheduled) will receive $100.00 for that week on their following paycheck.

Stay Bonus:

• All new hires will be rewarded for continued employment at the following intervals:

• 60 days of continued employment = $100 bonus

General assembly line labor available on First and Second Shift:

Starting Pay:

• First shift- $13.65 per hour.

• Second shift- $14.65 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packing frozen beef patties and other meat products into boxes or bags.
• Ability to tolerate working in a 40-degree work environment.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand on a cement floor for 8 hours.
• Able to perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles such as walking and stooping.
• Requires varying degrees of lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching for patties and overhead reaching.
• Must be able to continuously perform simple manipulative/repetitive tasks such as packing single patties and stacks of patties.
• Must be able to multitask with both hands in a fast paced, repetitive work environment.
